Sarasota Shopping - Southside Village

A few blocks south of Downtown, nestled behind the campus of Sarasota Memorial Hospital Center, which dominates Tamiami Trail from Waldemere to Hillview Streets, Southside Village is a shopping and dining oasis that runs along S. Osprey Avenue and Hillview Street, a few blocks south of downtown Sarasota. There's a bit of everything, with jewelers, hair salons, a spa, several trendy dress shops, a kids boutique, decorative tiles, and more. Morton's Gourmet Market is a wonderland that brings together everything you need for entertaining or for a snack break: groceries, produce, home-cooking style hot bar, salad bar, soups, deli, butcher, bakery, package goods, dairy, and more. Across from Morton's is Libby's restaurant, a favorite for indoor or alfresco dining. At the corner of Hillview is Sam Snead's restaurant.
